Saybrook Township Zoning If you are planning any construction such as building a new structure, putting up a fence, sign, pool, or shed, you are required to apply for a Zoning Permit before any work is started.

This applies to not only residential but to all industrial and commercial buildings. House numbers are also assigned by this department.

Ofice hours M & F 8-4 and Tuesday 8 - noon, call for appointment. will be happy to send an attachment to an email, fax or US Mail applications, just call us at 440.96.1106. As to you visiting us, we suggest you call first for an appointment as some of our time is spent out of the office.
